8th grade

I gave a speech at my 8th grade continuation. I don't recall what I said, but if I had to do it all over again, this song is basically what I would say.

This song is an expression of gratitude. This is song is my apology for the times I was too caught up to express gratitude. This song is my reminder to stop rushing.

I wanted this song to feel like the climax of a movie. I wanted this song to feel like the main character running as fast as possible before time runs out.

This was the first song I wrote on Still. It felt fitting for it to be the last. A sign that the story goes o. You'll be hearing from me again soon.
