ESPIONAGE

I am a dope mf. I make cool shit happen and look sexy while I do it. Not everyone sees. That's okay. Others' blindness could never dim true light. I believe so thoroughly in my vision, I'm staking my whole life on it. The muses choses me for this mission. Everyone gets chosen for something. I rest easy each night knowing I got one day closer to playing the part  for which I was cast in this universe. I speak not mere illusions of grandeur. I have no clue how  big or small my part is going to end up being in the larger narrative of human history. All I am saying is that I am unashamedly proud of myself because I show up to the plate every single time and swing for the fences.

This is about being underestimated and undervalued, but believing in yourself all the same. This is about being an independent artists in a attention-driven economy. But I've been in door-to-door sales since the age of 12.

There is so much power in words. Words can be the spells that you cast. Many of the sentiments in Espionage were not truly felt at first. But in repetition they have become truth.

I was just fed up when I wrote this. I was tired of letting myself down. This was my walk up song, my hype up song, my anthem.
